Shipping policy

We despatch from Croydon, Monday to Friday, once payment has cleared.

United Kingdom. Standard delivery £4.99, free on orders of £50 or more. Express delivery £6.99.

European Union. Standard international delivery £14.99.

Everywhere else. Standard international delivery £23.99.

Delivery charges exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout on UK deliveries only.

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duty and local taxes at the destination. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Smarti Disposable AI Tracking Labels are not classed as dangerous goods for air transport. No declarations or forms are needed to ship them.

Check your order on delivery. If the parcel looks damaged, refuse it or sign for it as "unchecked". Tell us in writing within 72 hours if anything is damaged or missing.
