In the field.
A sales manager sends a demo unit to a prospect in Leeds. She cuts the tag, sticks the Standard label on the box and hands it to the courier at half past four. That evening the live map shows the box at the depot. Next morning the platform emails an ETA, and at 10:40 a delivered alert lands on her phone.
When the prospect posts the demo back a week later, the same label tracks it home. The label is still inside its month, so nothing needs setting up. Once the box is back on the shelf, the label stays on the old carton and goes out with it.
